WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Review detailed qualitative and quantitative data, excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills In charge of supporting automation improvements to the IVR/SMS channels, which are TracFone’s largest and fastest growing transactional channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Operational performance, containment, platform success rates, and automated functionality.
- Responsible for submitting all Change request and requirements gathering for project related to the channel.
- Responsible for testing and/or working with testers to provide user acceptance testing on all project and CRs related to the channel. Assure accuracy of testing, generation of test cases, and creation of test data.
- Produce and Provide ad-hoc reports to show channel’s performance, success rates and automation take rate.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years) combination of education and industry related work in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science.
Applicants must have some experience with research, data analysis and analytical work or coursework, and/or experience with operational processes in any of the following:
IVR/PBX functionality
Test case creation
UI specs analysis
Data Analysis
Application Monitoring
Reporting
