We are currently seeking a RM &A (Reliability, Maintainability, & Availability) Analyst to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:

Duties:

• Perform Reliability, Maintainability & Availability (RM&A) program/system analysis to support FST engineering/logistics efforts and perform data/supportability analysis for product maintainability and to support Fleet Support Team engineering/logistics efforts.
• Perform analysis of reliability requirements and goals, construct models, and analyze product design for reliability and performance for the EA-18G, P-8A, and related EW systems in support of the AEAFST
• Perform program/system analysis to support FST engineering/logistics efforts and perform data/supportability analysis for product maintainability
• Define reliability and maintainability requirements, methods, and processes and develop and review Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) plans, analyses and test results for the FST
• Analyze Fleet Aviation Maintenance Material Management (AV-3M) and Depot Repair Data to provide recommendations for reliability and program cost reduction efforts
• Utilize PowerBI to automate RM&A processes and tools

Education Required:

• AA degree or 2 years of additional relevant experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
