Looking to hire an assistant bookkeeper for a busy, growing company that specializes in Interior Design clients and businesses alike. A desire to succeed, grow and learn new skills on a regular basis is highly sought after. Day to day responsibilities include: -calendar and schedule management -client communication and interactions -monthly reconciliations -preparing and payment of sales tax among several states -creating and maintaining business operations -payroll and time tracking -accounts payable/receivables -The ideal candidate must have basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge. QuickBooks, Harvest, Click up, Studio Designer, HouzzPro or Shopify knowledge is a PLUS. -Must be punctual and ready to work on a daily basis. -Schedule can be adjusted to candidates needs as long as the daily responsibilities and tasks are able to be completed. Part-time to start but will turn to full time for the right candidate. Office is laid back environment however, professional in communications.
