Job Description
The Design Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering design services for assigned project(s), ensuring alignment with client goals, project objectives, and performance metrics such as quality, schedule, and profitability. This role oversees multidisciplinary design teams, manages project scope and budget, and ensures technical excellence and adherence to design standards. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, coordination across internal disciplines and external partners, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution. The Design Project Manager plays a critical role in creating both a positive client and employee experience that supports repeat business and long-term partnerships. On occasion, the Design Project Manager will be expected to lead design efforts on a design-build or integrated design and construction project and be responsible for supporting estimate development, managing design scope against overall cost and schedule objectives, interface and report out to a GC team in support of overall delivery, and ensuring design team performance enables successful delivery of the overall project. Assignments may include single project assignment or a portfolio of multiple projects of varying complexity.

** The salary range for this full-time role is $120k-$155k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.**
