    Position Summary: We’re looking for a passionate, high-performing Design & Sales Coach to support our growing network of franchise owners and their design teams. This role is responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring design consultants on our proven Sales Process, with the goal of improving close rates, average ticket size, and overall consultation performance. You’ll work closely with new and established franchisees to ensure consistency, confidence, and competence in delivering an exceptional in-home sales experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead onboarding training for new design consultants (virtual and in-person)

    Deliver ongoing coaching sessions focused on closing techniques, design strategies, and objection handling

    Conduct evaluations (virtual or on-site) to provide feedback and coaching in real time

    Audit consultations and provide structured performance feedback

    Work with the support team to refine sales processes, scripts, and training materials

    Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with lead generation and capacity goals

    Monitor KPIs such as close rate, average ticket, and consultation-to-sale ratios to identify coaching opportunities

    Host sales workshops or webinars to share best practices across the network

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in in-home sales (custom closets or home services preferred)

    Experience coaching or managing sales teams strongly preferred

    Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple training projects

    Ability to travel for on-site coaching and training

    Proficient in using CRM, virtual meeting platforms, and Google Workspace tools

    Strong comfortability in using design software. May have experience in ClosetPro, CAD, or other design softwares
