Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
Qualifications
Self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent reporting and communication skills
High quality interpersonal skills
Willingness to embrace and use technology, including but not limited to: MS Office, CRM software, 2020 Design software, Adobe, Canva
Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the company
Able to demonstrate a strong history of closing sales with confidence
At least 5-7 years of sales experience
