Design High-End Outdoor Spaces in a Rapidly Growing Market:
A well-established residential and commercial landscape company in Oklahoma City is looking to add a skilled Design/Sales Professional to its team. With over 40 years of creating luxury outdoor living spaces, this firm blends craftsmanship, creativity, and client service to deliver standout landscapes in one of the nation’s fastest-growing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and manage relationships
- Conduct pre-design site visits and generate proposals and landscape estimates
- Prepare detailed design drawings and budget-based landscape plans
- Present designs and lead the sales process from concept to signed contract
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to execute design-build projects
- Support marketing efforts through visuals, presentations, and occasional event participation
- Oversee quality control, budgets, and timelines across active projects
- Stay current on landscape design trends, materials, and techniques
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape design/sales (design-build preferred)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, or Dynascape
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong understanding of horticulture, grading, drainage, and construction techniques
- Project management experience, including budgets and scheduling
- Valid driver’s license required for local travel

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $80k-$90k
- OTE: $110k+
