SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Branch Operations Manager role located in Las Vegas, NV is responsible for managing all operational and administrative aspects of the branch as well as the fleet management of mobile office and modular buildings.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Work assignment and performance execution of direct reports which include yard, field, and service personnel.
§ Recruit and orient vendors, source suppliers, in-line with business demands/objectives
§ Purchasing and Accounts Payable
§ Billing and Contract Administration
§ Accounts Receivable Collections
§ P&L Management
§ Sales Support and Customer Service
§ Fleet/Asset Management and quality control
§ Equipment and Service Dispatch, including compliance with DOT and driver log where applicable.
§ Weekly activity reporting, monthly fleet reconciliation reports and others as required.
§ Environmental health and safety (EHS) of the operation.
§ Other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
§ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
§ 5 years operations management experience
§ Sound financial and accounting experience preferred.
§ Construction industry, equipment leasing, or related experience helpful.
§ Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
§ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
§ Good computer skills, proficient MS Office, Word, Excel, etc. Sage 100 experience a plus.
