CNC machining, laser cutting, heat bending, solvent bonding, edge finishing, and job fulfillment are some areas of expertise. Supplying industries such as POP, OEM, Arcade gaming and many more. Its scope includes large production runs for national suppliers, as well as designing high end custom parts.

Currently DPI is looking for a first shift engineer (On site 6:30am-3:30pm) who can handle our CNC and lasers with a focus on prototyping.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up of CNC machines (Haas, Multicam CNC machines)
• Create fixturing for machines/product assembly/fulfillment
• Prototyping
• Quality control
• Machine maintenance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with CNC's and G/M Coding
• Experience in the manufacturing field (wood, metal, automotive, electronics, chemical)
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Skills:

• Ability to understand blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of G Code and M Code
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not necessary

Job Type:

• Full time position
• Wages from $56,000-$66,000/year
• Weekly overtime (No weekends)
