    Role: Experienced Sales Designer - Kitchen and Bath Location: Lincoln, NE

    Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

    Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

    Compensation:

    Base salary + commission

    Job Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team.

    What You’ll Do

    Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions

    Develop and present design concepts and renderings

    Create detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications

    Communicate with clients on the status of all open orders and projects

    Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance

    Participate in company training and development programs

    Staff the showroom daily (when not at client appointments)

    Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking

    Your Experience & Skills

    5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience

    Proficient in 2020 Design Software

    Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor

    Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
