    Job Description

    WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!

    Our family owned and operated business is looking for a Customer Service/Project Manager that will be responsible for working with our staff and customers to process window and door orders as well as setting appointments with customers.

    Basically, you will verify orders from our sales team and check them for errors. Then you will submit the order to the manufacturer and coordinate the delivery of materials. Once materials have arrived, you will schedule installation with our customers and ensure their satisfaction.

    You will use your great customer service skills, as well as our easy-to-use project management software to make the job go smoothly and provide great service to our customers.

    • Great hours! You work from 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
    • We close for all major holidays so you can be with your family.
    • Paychecks are issued every Friday.
    • You have the opportunity to earn both commissions and bonuses in addition to your hourly pay. This really adds up!!

    TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Must have excellent computer skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and a drive to provide fantastic customer service.
    • If you have experience in Salesforce, that is also a huge plus. But we will train the right person.
    • MUST live within a 20 mile radius of Ontario.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Millworks and/or residential window experience is also a huge plus, but not required. We will gladly train the right person.
    • Appointment Setting / Call Service Experience Helpful
