Our family owned and operated business is looking for a Customer Service/Project Manager that will be responsible for working with our staff and customers to process window and door orders as well as setting appointments with customers.
Basically, you will verify orders from our sales team and check them for errors. Then you will submit the order to the manufacturer and coordinate the delivery of materials. Once materials have arrived, you will schedule installation with our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
You will use your great customer service skills, as well as our easy-to-use project management software to make the job go smoothly and provide great service to our customers.
