The Assistant Visual Designer works on a team responsible for synthesizing complex research findings and insights and making them conceptually simple, intuitively actionable, and compelling for our clients. The design team is at the center of the engaging storytelling – design is an integral part of everything they do.
If hired, you'll find the role is intensely collaborative and team oriented and that you'll be an integral part of the overall company, contributing to brainstorm sessions on other projects, helping to organize training and staff development, and helping with product development of cutting-edge design-based deliverables. Their work gets deep into what drives consumer behavior and the human factors driving business trends, and they're in constant learning mode.
As far as design deliverables go, you'll be primarily responsible for creating story-driven reports, presentations, infographics, and videos to distill data, insights, and research findings into a way that is easy to understand. As a designer, you'll also be constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to deliver results to clients, beyond graphic design and slides.
