    VISUAL DESIGNER

Looking for a unique and dynamic role that leverages your storytelling and design skills? As VISUAL DESIGNER, you'll play a leading role at our client, Vital Findings, a market research consultancy dedicated to using design to help Fortune 500 companies turn a deep understanding of consumer behavior into business action. If you love using the power of design to turn information into compelling stories, read on.

The VISUAL DESIGNER works on a team responsible for synthesizing complex research findings and insights and making them conceptually simple, intuitively actionable, and compelling for their clients.  The design team is at the center of the engaging storytelling – design is an integral part of everything they do.

If hired, you'll find the role is intensely collaborative and team oriented and that you'll be an integral part of the overall company, contributing to brainstorm sessions on other projects, helping to organize training and staff development, and helping with product development of cutting-edge design-based deliverables.  Their work gets deep into what drives consumer behavior and the human factors driving business trends, and they're in constant learning mode.

As far as design deliverables go, you'll be primarily responsible for creating story-driven reports, presentations, infographics, and videos to distill data, insights, and research findings into a way that is easy to understand. As a design leader, you'll also be constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to deliver results to clients, beyond graphic design and slides.

On a personal level, they're looking for someone who brings intellectual curiosity to work and has a passion for lifelong learning. They're looking for a true collaborator, a clear communicator, and someone who isn't just looking to make something look good, but to tell an immersive story.
