    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a high-performing strategic Vice President VP Sales to oversee the Americas sales team. Reporting to the CRO & GM Americas, you'll meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, grow and lead a team of sellers, and develop strong sales operations structure to support the overall success of the team.

    Broad responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Other KPIs include hitting annual targets, building relationships, business development, and new customer acquisition. Additional responsibilities include:

    • Team leadership and development
    • Exceeding annual sales targets
    • Implementing and executing strategic plans
    • Building and maintaining good customer relationships
    • Communicating effectively among clients and higher managers
    • Creating reports on sales performance
    • Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10+ years as an experienced Sales leader in Technical Services, Managed Services, Post-production, or SaaS
    • Digital Media or Entertainment industry experience
    • Post-production or Localization experience highly desirable
    • Comfortable with deals ranging from several hundred thousand to ten million dollars
    • Strong technical skills, solid understanding and experience in building a sales function
    • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Proven ability to maximize sales and drive sales team optimization
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Great listening, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
    • BA/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field, advanced degree preferred
