Our sales representatives go through extensive world-class cannabis training in order to provide our retail partners with high-quality real-life training and support.     THE ROLE

    Be a part of this year's growth by joining the highly skilled, professional sales organization in our northern CA territory: South Bay (includes San Jose, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Fresno, Southern San Francisco and Oakland). Has your professional career developed your interpersonal skills? Are you strong at building and developing deep relationships? Do you have a personal relationship with cannabis and through your stories able to educate and influence others? If so, your passion and experience may align well to a sales role. Our sellers focus on the following key areas:

    SALES:

    • Identify and qualify potential new accounts on a daily basis as per sales teams' weekly goals
    • Develop sales relationships with new accounts via email, cold call, and in-person visits
    • Watch and report sale trends as they affect company brand
    • Ability to be mobile on the road working 5 days a week with no other commitments
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate closings and reach or exceed sales goals

    MARKETING AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

    • Educate accounts on products and facilitate in-store educational demonstrations (2-5 weekly)
    • Distribute Marketing collateral continuously throughout your defined territory
    • Update accounts with any new product(s) as they are released
    • Social media proficiency, online brand and reputation experience

    TEAM EFFORT:

    • Update CRM and order systems with client interactions, samples, and/or order deliveries as needed
    • Maintain communications with sales team leaders about current inventory, account activities, and order pipeline
    • Actively communicate with other team members and provide assistance as needed, including but not limited to packaging, processing, training, and social media
    • Be a team player with focus on both company and personal goals
    • Actively contribute to building the team and company culture

    EMPLOYMENT QUALIFIERS:

    • Must be 21+ years old
    • Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
    • Ability to pass comprehensive background check (LiveScan)
    • High School diploma or equivalent, advanced education preferred
    • Technology skills including MS Office and CRM systems
    • Sales and Marketing experience
