Job Description

Desire Home Care, DHC, is a leading provider of medical and non-medical home care services for the elderly and people with special needs. We are seeking a Scheduler/ Consumer Care Specialist to work in our Riverside office.

You will be responsible for;

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases
• Screen candidates resume and job applications
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Qualified candidates should:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS
• Hands-on experience with any recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
