Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Desk Adjusters to manage property claims with efficiency and professionalism. This role focuses on reviewing documentation, evaluating damages, and working closely with field adjusters and policyholders to move claims through resolution in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review inspection reports, photos, and supporting documentation to assess property damage

• Analyze coverage and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Communicate clearly with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Maintain organized, complete, and compliant claim files

• Meet client timelines, service standards, and reporting expectations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling property insurance claims

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Strong attention to detail and file management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain one
