DESKTOP APPRAISAL SOLUTIONSDesktop Appraisal Solutions is a new appraisal company that is leveraging the best tools and new technology to reduce turnaround times and increase accuracy in home appraisals. We are looking for Appraiser Trainees to join our team in the Phoenix market.Must have a valid appraiser or appraiser trainee license in the state of arizona. Previous experience is ideal but not required.Our team works remotely but all inspections will be phycially in the greater Phoenix Metro area

Be a good communicator, reliable, and show attention to detail.

Valid Driver license and be willing to drive to home inspection appointment locations in personal car.

Gather home details and pertinent information by identifying building materials, condition, amenities, upgrades, and other factors contributing to the home value.

Accurately measure and draw floor plans.

Schedule appointments with homeowners

Schedule: Monday to Friday as jobs and market require

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge in building materials and house terminology.

Experience with network, computer hardware, and software

Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge in basic mathematics.

High standards of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.

Respect for colleagues and clients alike.

Job and Experience Requirements:

Need to have an appraisal trainee license

Need to bring personal vehicle for work.

This is a remote position.
