    Job Summary:

    MCPC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Analyst II to support our client’s Technology team in Pittsburgh, PA. This onsite role provides advanced desktop and mobile support across six building, contributing to a mission-driven environment that supports education, research, and clinical operations.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a high-level first point of contact for IT support tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
    • Install, upgrade, and support desktop software, hardware, and peripherals for students, faculty, staff, and research personnel.
    • Provide support for smartphone technology, including integration and maintenance with desktop systems.
    • Stay current with hardware and software trends to ensure optimal user uptime and system performance.
    • Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, training, and user support.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of help requests, resolutions, and user instructions; update records monthly.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s Degree required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
    • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
    • Proven experience supporting desktop and mobile technologies in a professional environment.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
