Job Summary:
MCPC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Analyst II to support our client’s Technology team in Pittsburgh, PA. This onsite role provides advanced desktop and mobile support across six building, contributing to a mission-driven environment that supports education, research, and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a high-level first point of contact for IT support tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Install, upgrade, and support desktop software, hardware, and peripherals for students, faculty, staff, and research personnel.
- Provide support for smartphone technology, including integration and maintenance with desktop systems.
- Stay current with hardware and software trends to ensure optimal user uptime and system performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, training, and user support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of help requests, resolutions, and user instructions; update records monthly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Proven experience supporting desktop and mobile technologies in a professional environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
