    Onsite Endpoint Support Technician

    Location: Burton, OH (with travel to Akron and Barberton locations)

    Contract Duration: 1–3 months

    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Onsite Endpoint Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for endpoint devices at our Burton, Ohio location, with occasional travel to Akron and Barberton sites. This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
    • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
    • Assist with network connectivity and printer setup.
    • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
    • Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
    • Travel to Akron and Barberton locations as needed for onsite support.

      Requirements

    • Proven experience in endpoint support or IT helpdesk roles.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications.
    • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Reliable transportation for travel between Burton, Akron, and Barberton.
