Onsite Endpoint Support Technician
Location: Burton, OH (with travel to Akron and Barberton locations)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Endpoint Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for endpoint devices at our Burton, Ohio location, with occasional travel to Akron and Barberton sites. This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Assist with network connectivity and printer setup.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Travel to Akron and Barberton locations as needed for onsite support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in endpoint support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation for travel between Burton, Akron, and Barberton.
