Job Description:
A New Device Deployment
2.Migrate user data and install required software.
3.Deliver and set up devices at the user’s workstation or office location.
4.Walkthrough with the user the operations of the new device 5. Ensure asset tracking and inventory records are updated upon deployment.
B. Desktop & Laptop Support
7.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching.
8.Configure, image, install, update and/or load operating system and applications.
C. Network Connectivity
D. Peripheral & Accessory Support
11.Manage docking stations, monitors, keyboards, and other user accessories.
12.Replace and repair hardware components when necessary.
E. Application Support
14.Provide installation support for web-based and locally installed applications.
F. User Support & Customer Service
16.Maintain accurate and timely records of support requests and resolutions
