Job Summary

Causeway Coffee is opening soon and needs a GM to help launch. Newly renovated by a master builder and has a luxury feel in a prime location along Us Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, FL. Top of the line coffee equipment including Slayer Coffee Espresso.

The vision is serving best in class coffee and food with profits going to help Mission of Hope.

Responsibilities:

Help develop the menu and launch the shop.

Hire and manage the team.

Oversee expenses, ordering, and business side of things.

Maintain a clean work environment.

General GM duties and working in and on the business

Qualifications:

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring

Excellent customer service skills

Understand the vision and this incredible opportunity

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods
