    The Destination NJ Home Selling Team, powered by Re/Max Supreme, is looking for an organized, intuitive, and communicative Transaction Coordinator to manage our backend operation. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will support our agents through day-to-day assistance, transaction coordination and the facilitation, maintenance and improvement of our backend systems and physical office. Location: Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 (based on experience) Expected weekly hours: 40 hours Necessary experience: A minimum of 1 year of residential real estate experience as a: realtor, transaction coordinator, administrative assistant or something of the like. Knowledge of the New Jersey real estate market is a plus. Responsibilities: • Transaction Coordination: Assist with the coordination of residential real estate transactions, including collecting and organizing necessary documents, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication between all parties involved (buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, etc.). • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling phone calls and emails. • Virtual Assistant Management: Oversight of our virtual assistant(s) including task assignment, day to day management, and training. • Inbound Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for inbound leads and clients, responding to inquiries, providing information, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process. • Document Management: Assist in preparing, proofreading, and editing various real estate documents, such as contracts, listing agreements, addenda, and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Listing Management: Assist in creating and updating property listings on multiple platforms, including MLS databases and our internal custom sites, ensuring accurate and appealing property descriptions, photos, and virtual tours. • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property databases, ensuring proper organization. • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online listings, and assist with social media management. • Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling. • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: • A minimum of 1 year of residential real estate experience as a: realtor, transaction coordinator, administrative assistant or something of the like. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
