We are seeking a Event Supervisor Trainee to immediately join our team! This is a key role in delivering the campaign results that our clients want. You'll also be responsible for managing elements of our client campaigns from start to finish! To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent customer service, leadership ability, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Successful Event Supervisor Trainee will be trained in the management of our clients Campaigns and oversee the event staff!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
