 About the Opportunity: Our ideal Travel Agent is an ambitious, go-getter, who understands the importance of outstanding customer service. Your primary purpose will be to provide exceptional service, competitive deals, as well as, making confident recommendations to our clients who are retail travel agents. You'll also need to keep up to date with the latest product trends and offerings, ultimately providing agents with the resources to make the booking for their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Quote and book air, hotel, and sightseeing reservations
• Sell the full range of travel products that Destinee Travel offers
• Provide unparalleled destination product knowledge
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Problem solving and customer resolution

Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience in sales preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent Time Management
• Team Player
• Organized and detail oriented
• Knowledge of some basic information about travel, destinations, and travel booking preferred
