Job Summary:

The Detailer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards before delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, shampooing, and waxing.
- Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring additional attention or repairs and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
- Equipment Operation: Use various cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company practices and safety guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of detailing services performed, including any issues noted during inspections.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns regarding vehicle appearance and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques, products, and trends to enhance the quality of service provided.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or detailing certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, cleaning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor imperfections in vehicle appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
