    Skier’s Marine, a trusted leader in the boating industry, is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our Smith Lake team. If you take pride in making boats look their absolute best and enjoy working in a team-focused, fast-paced outdoor environment, we’d love to meet you!

    Key Responsibilities

    Clean and detail new and pre-owned boats inside and out

    Wash, wax, buff, and restore gelcoat surfaces

    Clean upholstery, compartments, carpets, and consoles

    Maintain the cleanliness of the service/detail area

    Assist with boat staging, transport, and dealership operations as needed

    Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly

    Qualifications

    Prior detailing experience preferred (automotive, marine, or similar)

    Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

    Comfortable working outdoors and around water

    Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

    Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team

    Valid driver’s license required
