Detective is one of Chicago's fastest growing startups, and we're looking for a software engineer to join our team. You'll help us build our Rails application and our React chrome extension.

We're a small, motivated development team who supports each other to learn and grow. We care about testing, coding standards, and strive to always improve. We practice continuous delivery to ship functionality to our clients as fast as possible. 

You will be our fifth engineer. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that will have a meaningful impact on our business. You will also have the opportunity to grow into new roles as we continue to grow.

Our platform provides clients with the intel they need to reach the toughest-to-reach decision makers. Our clients include Careerbuilder, Jellyvision, & Sprout Social. We've raised $4.2M by GoAhead ventures, the founders of Groupon, Hoovers, Hubspot & more. We work out of a timber loft in the heart of West Loop, Chicago.
