Detmer and Sons, Inc. is a leading Heating, Geothermal and Air Conditioning contractor in the Dayton and Springfield, OH area. We have been serving our valued customers for three generations. The HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN is responsible for responding to various service calls including routine maintenance, troubleshooting system malfunctions and repairs, stocks truck to ensure materials required for service calls are readily available, prepares invoices, collects payments and coordinates job status, provides quotes as needed and customer satisfaction.

We currently have more of a need on the Commercial side, but we still welcome those interested in residential to apply. 

The ideal candidate places a high value on customer satisfaction, takes ownership of their work, has solid problem-solving skills, and is a great team player.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 3+ years of HVAC experience 
• EPA Certification required
• Must be able to pass our standard background check and drug test
• Requires a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Available for on-call and weekend shifts as needed 
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 a plus
