We are looking for a hard-working, proactive, organized, and well-rounded hands-on individual who can handle a breadth of responsibilities such as overseeing & managing all electrical & mechanical needs for the facility, all machinery, and production batching equipment. You will execute ideas, plan, and implement industrial chemical scale-up plans and subsequent maintenance. Benefits: • Unlimited PTO • Healthcare benefits, vision, dental • 401(k) with company match • Performance compensation & stock options • Company-sponsored professional development fund • Company-sponsored athletic country club membership • A fun and rewarding place to work in a collaborative team environment • A company dog! - we're pet-friendly! • Monthly team events Responsibilities: • Oversee preventative maintenance, perform repairs, and fabricate components for manufacturing equipment and electrical systems • Diagnose, troubleshoot with root-cause analysis, and rectify equipment failures • Handle PLC operations, build-outs, and troubleshooting across platforms like Seimens and Click • Install new equipment and overhaul older equipment • Manage the inventory of spare parts for all equipment • Expand automation and control systems • Handle equipment startups, shutdowns, and maintenance tasks • Oversee air compressor and boiler systems • Oversee the safety, cleanliness, and quality of the maintenance area • Create and manage SOPs for all machinery • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Participate in daily production planning and operations including bottling, boxing, and batching to understand where improvements can be made • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and changing environment with a “whatever it takes” attitude • Previous experience in a startup and manufacturing company • Associate's or vocational degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Automation • Motivated individual seeking career advancement • Expertise in PLCs • Proficiency in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Plumbing, and Metalworking, with a preference for Welding experience • Knowledge of 5S principles with accountability for workspace and tooling • Expertise with hand and power tools • Computer application proficiency • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications: • 5-8 years of experience in bottling, chemical manufacturing, or related industry operations, engineering, and maintenance • Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies • Flexibility to work outside regular hours • Must be trained/certified in using a scissor lift or forklift • Certification in NIMS Electrical Systems and Pneumatics Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 yearly
