    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside/Outside Logistics Account Executive to join our team. In this role, working both individually and as part of the Sales & Logistics Team, you will convert warm inbound leads and generate new leads, attract new clients, and close deals. You will maintain exceptional customer service and client relationships and exude logistical mastery. The Account Executive will gain extensive knowledge of the waste & sanitation industry and be responsible for both sales and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers across the Coastal Southeastern USA, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. This is a great opportunity for a professional to develop their skills in sales, procurement, logistics and customer service.

    ** This position is 100% on site. All candidates must be in or willing to relocate to the Savannah, GA area.

    Responsibilities

    Covert inbound leads into sales

    Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

    Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers across the Coastal Southeastern USA

    Meet or exceed designated sales targets

    Create and implement an effective sales strategy

    Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

    Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

    70% outside sales with travel within the Coastal Southeastern USA (GA, SC); 30% in office sales

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred

    Experience: 3-5 years of related procurement and/or sales experience is preferred

    Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

    Spanish speaking is an asset
