    JOB DESCRIPTION

    MULTIPLE entry-level jobs in tech sales, starting in February, with an average salary of $40-50K (salary base and bonuses), are guaranteed after completion of 4 weeks of job training.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for ambitious candidates who love to take on new challenges and connect with people. Sales Development Representative (SDR) positions are a great way to break into the tech industry, and no coding experience is required. You’ll have a fundamental role in the fast-moving, fast-growing field:

    • Driving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

    • Identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and emailing, running presentations, and face-to-face (virtual) meetings.

    • Developing proposals and solution consulting as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

    ABOUT THE TRAINING

    DEM is offering multiple tech sales positions to eligible applicants who can commit to 4 weeks of full-time, intensive job training. You’ll learn all the skills and get the real-world experiences necessary to succeed in a career in tech on the non-coding side of businesses. Your first year on the job you’ll have a dedicated career coach to ensure you succeed and to position yourself for promotion. 60% who complete the training earn promotions within their first year. You only pay-it-forward after you get the job.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently have an associate's degree or higher.

    • Live in or within a one hour commute 

    • Can legally work in the US
