JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing Process Engineer ensures effective and efficient operations of manufacturing processes and functions of assigned areas through process implementation and monitoring of processes. Analyze data and continuously improve standards to achieve both quality and efficiency goals within the process and organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures production requirements can be met with current process according to control plan and customer requirements. Analyze production reports (FTT, JPH, Scrap, Downtime, O.E.E.). Provide feedback to management team regarding process, project status.
Participate actively and effectively with Customers and in continuous improvement teams.
Work in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the company’s safety rules and regulations.
Monitors and improves efficiencies of process control by ensuring correct and efficient operation of manufacturing functions.
Provides direction to the maintenance of equipment and processes that are capable of producing products and assemblies, which meet all customer requirements.
Ensures compliance to procedures and safe operation of processes.
Coordinates action plans to ensure customer requirements and standards are achieved and maintained.
Analyzes, develops and implements solutions to solve operations-related problems (JPH Inhibitors).

DESIRED COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
PFMEA Experience in creation, implementation to process.
Electrical knowledge required.
Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC products, Manufacturing processes and systems.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Overtime as required to meet position requirements.
Minimal travel may be required.
