Position: DevOps & Security Engineer

Our client, a rapidly growing eCommerce company, is seeking a DevOps & Security Engineer to maintain and secure critical infrastructure. This role ensures 24/7 reliability across both off-chain systems and on-chain nodes, covering server architecture, CI/CD deployments, node maintenance, and security hardening.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise monitoring systems, analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and plan capacity needs

• Manage day-to-day operations of container platforms, servers, and cloud services

• Maintain critical node services, including RPC services and oracle components

• Implement host/network security hardening (firewalls, security groups, WAF)

• Manage IAM permissions, TLS/SSL certificates, and VPN configurations

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

• Manage Kubernetes and Docker clusters

• Perform routine vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration testing, and handle patch management

• Undertake ad hoc projects to support platform growth

Core Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience in DevOps, security, or infrastructure engineering

• Strong Linux administration skills with hands-on troubleshooting and performance tuning

• Proficiency with Nginx, Docker/Kubernetes, load balancing, and logging systems (EFK/ELK)

• Solid understanding of network security concepts, including zero-trust, ACL, WAF, DDoS protection, and VPC

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS)

• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, Go

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO27001
