    **Developer / Analyst II

    Location: Tulsa, OK - Hybrid

    Description**

    • Collaborate with key payroll, and employee process owners on the documentation of application defects, enhancements and/or projects.
    • Configure, test, deploy, and maintain software with limited oversight as prioritized by the business including creating and updating system documentation and training materials around an application suite.
    • Gather and document business requirements from users to determine the capabilities that need to be delivered.
    • Consult with the users on the priorities, complexities and other impacts of the requirements.
    • Provide time and cost estimates for proposed changes.
    • Identify opportunities to deploy existing solutions in other business areas.
    • Coordinate and communicate development activities with other team members, infrastructure personnel and vendors and communicate to management as appropriate.
    • Follow defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required documentation and governance standards.
    • Interact with business users via consulting and training to ensure effective use of technology solutions.
    • Design, create, test, document and deploy integrations developed using best practices on the Dell Boomi platform.
    • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
    • Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Preferred bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and/or work experience in addition to the following job-related experience:
    • Demonstrated ability with UKG Pro Payroll, UKG Pro Workforce Management, (formerly
    • Workforce Dimensions) Time Keeping, Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence modules.
    • Demonstrated ability with Dell Boomi, API and Flat File integrations for UKG Payroll Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management.
    • Designing and implementing UKG software solutions from requirements set forth in company payroll and timekeeping policies, published laws and regulations, and external interfacing system requirements.
    • Demonstrated ability in software development and programming concepts/techniques.
    • Demonstrated ability working with database management systems.
    • United States Payroll laws, rules and regulations.
    • Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas payroll rules and regulations.
    • Working knowledge of most aspects of the software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management concepts.
    • Working knowledge of basic infrastructure concepts and how those concepts are impacted by development activities.
    • Working knowledge of application of math, algebra, and statistical methods.

    Certifications/Experience Needed:

    • Must be Dell Bomi certified
    • Looking for previous experience with WFM Pro (used to be Workforce Dimensions)
