Job Description
Versant’s Software Engineering team provides core services to our business, underpinning our strategy and execution of linear & digital distribution of content, platforms, and data. As a Developer for Workplace Integrations, you will build and implement feature rich tools and services that empower our employees in their day-to-day experiences at Versant. Utilizing automations and AI-driven engagement experiences throughout our employee experiences, this role will focus on connecting collaboration, communications, security and workplace technologies through cohesive frameworks and data services.
You will coordinate closely with our leadership team to understand real employee workflows and friction points in order to design & deliver simple, working integrations that improve employee experience. Examples include wiring notifications into collaboration tools, automating workflows across workplace systems, or bridging physical systems with digital platforms.
This role is hands-on and execution focus, developing backend services and client integrations to supplement our workplace applications and provide an enriched experience for our teams at Versant. Working through iterative development practices, from prototyping to production deployments, you will have opportunity to ship workplace solutions quickly and reliably.
