We are currently seeking a Development Facility Field Technician. Who will provide department support services to Sun Tan City, Planet Fitness, Buff City Soap, and various other locations by facilitating Maintenance work orders, new store build-outs, set ups, Facility remodels, and any facility related needs for existing Store locations. We are looking for professionals that consider themselves to be drama free, and team oriented.

Range of pay: $20-$25 an hour based on experience, skills, and abilities. (travel wage in addition to regular pay for qualified assignments)

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ability to prioritize work projects and meet work schedules.
Manage and maintain a professional and impeccable clean job sight.
Technical issue problem-solving
Complete new location buildouts, site set ups, remodels.
Complete general facility repairs, ranging from drywall, painting, ceramic tile replacement, and beyond.
Coordinate equipment moves as requested including tanning equipment and exercise equipment.
Receive service requests via phone and email.
Assist in the Warehouse as needed with new store sets, remodels, upgrades, and inventory.
Maintains Brands Preventative Maintenance and Reporting.
Supports all company projects.
Required Qualifications:
Construction or specific trade experience and facility maintenance experience.
Ability to operate various hand and power tools properly and safely.
Must be able to pass a Drivers DOT medical physical.
Detail-oriented for quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects/multiple sites.
Able to operate telephone, PC, copier, and other basic business machines.
Advanced communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to effectively communicate with management, trades, and peers to bring projects to a successful, on-time completion.
Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
On-call availability (Evening and Weekend rotations)
Overnight travel required.
Ability to comply with all DOT, non-CDL regulations driving a 26’ box truck.
Able to work in small spaces with elevated levels of noise and temperatures.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds.
The employee must be able to use a pallet Jack and maneuver skids.
The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Candidate should expect to work five days per week, typically Mon-Friday and approximately 40-to-45-hour work schedule.
