    Development Operations Manager

    Willamsburg (Onsite)
    $150,000 – $170,000

    Company Overview

We’re a vertically integrated real estate development firm focused on building and operating iconic, Class A mixed-use and residential properties across the NYC area. With over 20 assets and 3,000+ luxury units in our portfolio—and several major ground-up projects in the pipeline—we’re in an exciting stage of rapid expansion.

Our team is fast-moving, execution-focused, and deeply committed to excellence. We thrive on momentum, expect full ownership from every team member, and believe the best ideas win—no matter where they come from.

If you're energized by high-rise construction, large-scale luxury development, and the opportunity to grow with a young, ambitious firm that’s shaping the New York skyline—this is where you’ll want to be.

    Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-capacity, execution-focused Project Manager to jump in and drive forward a variety of short-term, high-impact initiatives—ranging from compliance audits and due diligence to real estate sales support and project coordination.

This is not a typical PM role—you’ll need to be hands-on, flexible, sharp under pressure, and ready to dive into any challenge thrown your way.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Strong presence, clear communicator, capable of leading both calls and execution
    • Background in real estate, development, or general contracting preferred
    • Fast learner who thrives in fast-moving environments
    • Able to manage stress, multitask, and coordinate multiple moving parts
    • Professional writing and communication skills required
    • Yiddish Speaking Preferred

    Key Responsibilities

    • Join meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure momentum
    • Coordinate between accountants, consultants, buyers, and internal stakeholders
    • Own project timelines and ensure all necessary documentation and compliance are met
    • Support ad hoc due diligence needs for property acquisitions, buyers, or audits
    • Gather and synthesize information to help drive project outcomes
    • Provide clear written summaries, updates, and reports as needed
    • Be flexible to shift between high-priority projects as the business evolves

    Qualifications

    • 3–7 years of experience in real estate, general contracting, or compliance-heavy project coordination
    • Strong organizational and project tracking skills
    • Ability to draft clear, professional emails and project summaries
    • Proven success managing multiple projects under tight timelines
    • Experience working with accountants, consultants, or legal/compliance stakeholders is a plus
    • Yiddish Speaking

    Must-Haves

    • Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution ability
    • Comfortable managing compliance items (e.g., payroll averages, documentation, audits)
    • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
    • Professional communication and writing skills
    • Flexible and fast learner who can adapt to different types of projects

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary
    • Direct exposure to high-level real estate transactions
    • Dynamic, fast-paced work environment
    • Growth potential in an expanding organization
    • Opportunity to build long-term relationships with senior developers, buyers, and stakeholders

If you thrive under pressure, enjoy being the person who gets things done, and want to grow with a leading real estate firm—this is your opportunity.
