Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Development and Production Coordinator reports directly to SVP of the department. Daily tasks include scheduling, call rolling, creative input, and general management of the SVP's desk. Candidate must be able to handle large work volume of typical coordinator duties on top of being able to weigh in on projects and ideas creatively.

Industry knowledge and an understanding of the current entertainment business and climate are a must
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external partners
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including phone skills
Desire to produce or become a development executive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A degree in film or television or an equivalent discipline is preferred but not required
Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
The base hourly rate for this position is between $35.75 and $44.70
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
