As these companies grow, we shift to provide alternative services that help them build their very own talent acquisition and people operations teams.

As an Engagement Manager at Devise, you will fully manage talent acquisition and project management. You’ll perform full life-cycle recruitment, guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and industry leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as partner, consultant, and adviser to execute recruiting and pipelining plans
• Build recruiting strategies and drive execution to ensure goals are met
• Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
• Identify and execute engagement opportunities to seek local talent within startup company environments
• Work closely alongside executive level clients to achieve hiring goals QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in sales, talent acquisition or HR preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

This role is 100% remote (prefer MA and NH applicants).
