Looking for an IP litigation attorney with five to seven years of experience; ITC experience a PLUS. Will work in all aspects of patent litigation (development of strategies, defense, conduct discovery, work with technical and testifying experts, drafting motions and other pleadings, court appearances, and supporting and participating in trials of patent infringement actions. Travel may be required.
