    Job Description

    An Administrative Assistant should be dedicated, organized, and hard working with a true passion to provide accuracy and excellence in their performance.  

    • The position requires experience with multiple business computer programs such as Microsoft Windows Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
    • We require someone with broad-based experience covering a full spectrum of administrative duties, including executive support, office management, billing/invoicing, payroll administration, customer care, account management, database administration, document preparation, filing, booking appointments, and taking inventory.
    • We'll often need the administrative assistant to help us shipping products to clients.
    • Applicant needs the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and develop solutions to challenging business problems.
