  • Responsibilities

    PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

     

    • Actively Sells, recruits, interviews, and selects the best candidates to meet the needs of our clients
      • Initiates, develops and maintains recruiting relationships within the community
      • Responsible for growing relationships and creating new ones through direct sales calls.
      • Visits client companies, tours their facilities, obtains contracts, and maintains a high level of rapport with clients, staff and applicants.
      • Communicates with Clients to evaluate needs and satisfaction with Devoted Placement services.
      • Attends and participates in branch meetings, providing status reports on current job order activities and future projections.
      • Conducts new employee orientations and processes all new hire paperwork
      • Identifying and building relationships with new clients, to assist them with their staffing needs.
      • Networking and cold calling to set new client meetings to uncover new business opportunities.
      • Work with recruiters to manage the delivery process for your clients’ orders.
      • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
      • Locate new business opportunities by communicating and visiting with prospects and clients
      • Lead generation, using your sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects
      • Ongoing account management, including client contact with all managerial levels to figure out a candidate's fit for the assignment and viability to support specific current and future client needs
      • Experience in selling staffing services a huge plus.
      • Self-starter with an ownership mentality
    • Participates in maintaining job orders and available employees through our Applicant Tracking System
