    Program Manager (Contract-to-hire)

    We are currently looking for Top Notch Program Manager to be a part of our Main office in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support and oversight of all data assets for our company’s Program. S/he will help to provide business users with high-quality data that is easily accessible in a consistent manner. The individual will coordinate digital transformation programs across the company including but not limited to establishing rigorous data standards and requirements for corporate data, upgrade of CRM SaaS solution, and the upgrade of the corporate web solution.

     

    As a Program Manager He/She will support business management function by performing any or all of the following duties for their assigned areas:

     

    • Serve as the contact for business application vendors.
    • Maintain the integrity and quality of data from customer facing system.
    • Manage the upgrade of the CRM solution.
    • Act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders.
    • Assist with the development of KPIs to report on charitable performance.
