Responsibilities: • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications: • You must have a current California Real Estate License to apply • Past sales experience is preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Demonstrate skills in negotiating and selling • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
