    As a Proposal Support Analyst, you will work closely with the pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams. You will participate in and guide every stage of the proposal development lifecycle, from solicitation analysis and planning through content development, review and editing to final production. You will work closely with contributors, especially pre-sales and sales teams, to ensure all contributed content is well-written, meets standards, and, most importantly, clearly demonstrates how the proposed solution meets the client's needs. Experience in the Information Technology field will help you hit the ground running and identify areas within the technical solution that may seem confusing to evaluators or require additional detail. When you lead a proposal effort, you will be responsible for the overall quality of the finished proposal.

    In between proposals, you will work with the team to support and execute Dewpoint's overall brand marketing and communications, supporting Dewpoint's overall strategic priorities. This position will work collaboratively across the organization to develop and execute robust, multi-channel communications to enhance awareness of Dewpoint through social media channels and direct client communications.

    Education and/or Experience Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, English, or related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience writing customer-facing material

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Information Technology

    • Strong skills in MS office suite (focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    • Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent project coordination skills

    • Ability to meet deadlines

    • Good strategic planning abilities

    Optional

    • General understanding of Salesforce

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

    • General understanding of Hubspot

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Support and guide the development and submission of proposals, including setting cadence, writing assignments, and final review

    • Write and coordinate proposal responses and orals presentations

    • Analyze RFP/bid requirements to develop proposal outlines

    • Write exemplary proposals with a keen sense of attention to detail

    • Maintain past, current, and future proposal documents on a collaboration tool

    • Ensure both compliance and responsiveness to team and customer needs

    • Use company templates for proposals in order to maintain a sense of consistency within the company

    • Write and review case studies

    • Write additional website assets (e.g., incident response plan)

    • Update and develop one-pagers for all core offerings and other marketing content

    • Update presentations

    • Maintain Sales Documents

    • Maintain and develop battlecards (writing and editing)

    • Complete Statement of Work renewals and annual reports

    • Work with the sales team and leadership to best position each proposal to increase competitiveness

    • Prioritize and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under pressure and often tight deadlines

    • Work as part of a team to offer suggestions for improvements or ways to streamline the process

    Minimum Environmental Expectations:

    • This position will require working indoors. The typical workweek is eight (8) hour workdays, five (5) days per week with some weekend work, as well as longer hours as needed. This position deals with some aggressive personalities and could be stressful.
