As a Deep Cleaning Technician , reporting to the Manager, you will supervise the cleaning and services of an assigned area within the budget required to maintain company and customer quality standards.

Your work will include:

• Conducting deep cleaning of floors, carpets, and surfaces using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions
• Sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops to ensure a germ-free environment
• Removing stubborn stains, dirt, and grime from different surfaces using specialized techniques
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and kitchen areas to maintain hygiene standards
• Operating cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers safely and efficiently
• Following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any specific requirements or concerns

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or deep cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in commercial settings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules
