    What You'll Do:

    Provide hospitality to our guests

    Follow event timeline as established by Sales Team and/or Event Captain

    Assist in loading/unloading the event truck for party foods and party equipment

    Setup and breakdown for events as instructed by on-site supervisor

    Support fellow servers and bartenders with front of house service

    Assist back of house team with organization of party rentals and in-house supplies

    Follow proper handling, preparation, and holding guidelines; assist in maintaining foods in sufficient quantities while minimizing over-production and waste

    Confirm guest orders when event has a choice-menu offering

    Understand and follow all policies and standard operating procedures while working in the event space

    Be mindful of guest when setting up in venues that may still be open to the public

    Work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner

    Demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members

    Ensure safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery

    Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Additional duties as assigned

    Maintain accurate availability on event scheduling platform, Nowsta

    About You:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume food industry setting

    Strong customer service skills

    Previous restaurant experience preferred

    Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

    Ability to multitask efficiently

    Previous experience working in a high end culinary environment

    Flexible schedule; willing to work rotating schedule based on business needs

    Possesses accurate knowledge of own availability for the event season

    Excellent organizational and communications skills

    Ability to communicate as needed with team members and managers

    Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation

    Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business

    Fine wine and liquor experience a plus

    Must be 21 years of age or older
