What You'll Do:

Assist customers with cheese selection and share product knowledge

Weigh, label & package product for customers in a timely manner

Prepare, package, receive and stock product

Ensure that items are properly merchandised, labeled, and priced correctly

Initiate suggestive selling & sampling of products

Resolve customer issues and answer questions

Maintain a clean and sanitized work station

Follow health and safety guidelines

Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

Contribute to a positive team environment

About You:

One year of cheese experience preferred, but we love to train those passionate about cheese & customer service

Availability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business

A willingness to learn about our brand and our vast cheese selection

An enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings

Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system

Basic knife skills, experience operating a slicer a plus

Can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store

You have a passion for cheese and want to learn more about our products

You have a positive attitude

You have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and enjoy working with people

You take pride in exceeding customer expectations
