Responsibilities:

Greet customers enthusiastically and provide superior customer service

Develop expertise on where items are located in the store

Possess knowledge about products

Ensure that all items have signs and are priced correctly

Assist with product display and preparation

Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking products

Replenish merchandise/products as needed

Perform upkeep to ensure the non-perishables department is clean and organized at all times

Communicate with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service

Qualifications:

Experience in retail, food and beverage, restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills- able to interact pleasantly with customers and work as a team with coworkers and management

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Ability to keep calm, remain patient and smile in a high volume environment

Commitment to policy- act professionally, wear appropriate attire, and follow company guidelines
